We love coming here especially with family. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Would love to see more haunted hay ride tractors going so the wait is not so long! Haunted house was awesome!
The owners, Don and Cheryl make you feel like family this campground is beautiful, peaceful, and set up perfect! Like you are camping all by yourself, private but together at the same time, always something to do, and such a amazing pool!!
They have it all for camping or a day pass with the kids including swimming pool, fishing ponds, playgrounds, cabin or teepee rentals, gem mining experience, little convenience store, tent camping areas, clean bathrooms located all over with showers, pavilion with grills, and my kids loved the bouncy inflatable floor thing they have installed by the playground. There are trails to hike and the wildlife we saw by the ponds included snakes, frogs, catfish, a crane, and a turtle. The pool is big but no deep end and plenty of sun chairs to lay on. We like it there.
Beautiful campground. We stopped here for a quick overnight but wish we could have stayed longer. Very nice hosts. There is a dirt road for approximately 1 mile to get to the park but it is well maintained. Sites are gravel but all seem very level. Very scenic and clean.
This was a great camp ground! Everyone that worked there was more than helpful. We need a tool to repair the door on the RV, one of the owners came to our site with the tool we needed and stayed to help us repair the door(it was the middle of the day and very warm but he stayed to help for 30 minutes). The grounds were very clean, all sites were level and well kept, pool area was great, restrooms and bathhouse very clean. Kids loved the pillow jump and pool. The dog loved the dog run. We would have loved to stay longer.
